3 killed, 15 injured in ‘Nirankari Bhawan’,Amritsar: It seems Khalisthani Terror attack

Amritsar: Two unidentified people attacked the’ Nirankari Bhawan ‘in Amritsar, Punjab with Pistols and grenades .Consequently 3 people killed and more than 10 people are reported to be injured in this unfortunate and unprecedented.

Police officials inform that two unknown people had thrown a grenade at Nirankari Bhavan and fled from the spot. According to the police, the accused came riding the bike. Every Sunday It is being informed that a religious meeting does occur. In which the people from the surrounding rural areas as well as people from urban areas are involved.

It is believed that after the primary investigation, the attackers chose Sunday for the attack with the mindset that a huge crowd would be there as thousands come regularly in every sunday.
Although it is not completely clear now who is behind this attack, but there is a possibility that there might be a terrorist organization’s hand in it and it may be the Khalisthan Terror group’s attack. The police is currently interrogating the people who eye-witness this attack. Also, all the CTVV footage in the area are also being investigated. So that the real accused could be traced. At the same time the forensic team has also left for the ‘Nirankari Bhawan’ for further investigation.

Let me inform you that the Punjab Police, doubting the threat of terrorist attacks had also released a poster of terrorist Zakir Moosa.
These posters were also fixed in many places throughout the city. In the poster there are 4 different pictures of terrorist Zakir Moosa. The Punjab Police has asked the public to be alert while giving information about terror activities. In the poster it is reported that the terrorist, Zakir Moosa of Jammu and Kashmir is the leader of the Hindu terrorist organization.

On the other hand, it was reported 4 days earlier that four unidentified persons had escaped from the spot after being snatched in Pathankot by an SUV car taken from Jammu. According to the police, the accused had booked SUV from Jammu. Senior police officer said that the accused looted a car driver in Madhopur area.

The victim- driver told the police that the accused had taken away the car by showing him a gun. In such a situation, the fear of t terrorist’s hand in the grenade attack in Amritsar can not be ruled out.
