Clashes between security forces and militant(PIC-THE ASIAN AGE)

During clashes in Kulgam in south Kashmir on Saturday, three people, including a young woman, were killed and six were injured in the major clashes between security forces and the supporters of the terrorists, of which two are in serious condition.

The administration has blocked internet services in Kulgam, Pulwama, Shopian, Anantnag.The internet service Turning off  in Srinagar but in  Badgam and Ganderbal, the speed of broadband has been limited.
Taking cognizance of the incident, Governor NN Vohra convened a meeting of senior security officers in the presence of Lieutenant General Ranbir Singh, the Northern Command Chief of the Army.In this meeting , he instructed to stop massacre and comply with standard operating procedure.
Kashmir was closed on Saturday in protest of the arrest of Asea Andrbi, president of the Ghagthan-e-Milit. Meanwhile, a group of security forces was going on regular patrol in the Haavura Redwani area of ​​Kulgam, when a mob of supporters of the terrorists started sloganeering against them by obstructing the security forces. Defense Minister’s Spokesperson, Col Rajesh Kalia expressed grief over Kulgam incident saying that the soldiers had to fire in self defense.The area domination patrol party (ADP) when was passing  through haavura (kulgam), there was a sudden attack on the Patrolling party by some anti social  elements and started pelting stones.There was an increase in the number of violent anti social elements  and 400 to 500 people gathered there suddenly. Elements involved in the stone-pelting crowd also threw petrol bombs on the ‘jawans’. From the crowd, the terrorists fired  at the’ jawans’. Some jawans were injured by stones, petrol bombs and bullets. The soldiers had to fire in self defense, in which three of the five injured were Shakir Ahmad Khandey, Irshad Majid and 17-year-old Yuvli Andaleb, who died in the hospital.

The order for investigation of this whole case has been given.
