Not once or twice, Mr.Sisodia, who retained his seat for the third time, said the BJP did “politics of hate” but people refused to destabilize the unity among Delhites.
He told reporters, “I am happy to win the Patparganj seat again. BJP did hate politics but I thank the people of Patparganj. Today, the people of Delhi chose a government that works for them and explained the true meaning of nationalism through their mandate. ”
Sisodia, deputy chief minister and head of the government’s education reform agenda, defeated Ravindra Singh Negi of BJP BY nearly 3,500 votes.
In the initial trend, Sisodia was sometimes seen moving forward and sometimes Negi was moving forward.
Sisodia had won this Vidhansabha seat by a margin of 11,000 votes in 2013 and 28,000 votes in 2015.
