Four accused of heinous crime case in the rape-murder & burn killed in police encounter:Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Four accused arrested in a case of gang-rape and murder of a veterinarian in Hyderabad were killed in an encounter with police on the last Friday morning.

Cyberabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar said, “all the four accused were killed in an encounter with the police while tried to escape from the Police Custody.”
As per a senior police officer, Police shot all those accused of the heinous crime when they were trying to escape.

When police officers on the spot requested all four accused to surrender, they shot at Police force in return.
In this incident, One Constable and an Assistant Inspector also got injured after which the Hyderabad Police encountered all the accused in the self-defense.

Amid the countrywide outrage over a rape after rape, the President of India urged,” rape convicts under POCSO Act should not have the right to file mercy petition.”


West Bengal CM Mamta Banarjee told,”: I don’t tolerate any kind of violence against women. My standing instruction to the police is to arrest accused immediately & charge sheet them within 3-10 days. This is the law.”


Rajyavardhan Rathore did unfold, “I congratulate the Hyderabad police and the leadership that allows the police to act as police
