“IF LG HAS ANY DOUBT OR CONFUSION ,HE  SHOULD APPROACH THE COURT OF LAW”.-Arvind Kejariwal,CM,Delhi.

The controversy started with the service department is not yet finished. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday said that it is clear in the orders of the Supreme Court that the Center has only three rights and the rest of the Delhi Government has it.

If there is confusion on this, then the central government or the Lt. Governor will go to court only. The Chief Minister did suggest to the LG and the Home Ministry to Knock the Door of Justice system of our Country. We do not have any dilemma on this order. He even termed that not accepting the verdict of the Apex Court is absolutely arrogance.

Mr. Chief Minister also did comment,” If any order is issued then it either applies either or does not apply and the Home Ministry said that till the Supreme Court’s decision does not come, then it will remain as before.”

In such a case, the central government is trying to implement half incomplete verdict. The last line in the court verdict is that all the cases will go to the regular bench.Mr. Kejariwal urged that our government has no doubt Those who doubt have to approach the court only. The Supreme Court’s decision has become law. .
