The unprecedented high voltage drama that was happening within the Congress in the heartland of the country, Madhya Pradesh for the past fortnight has been resulted in the change of color from 3 to 2 on the Neck strap of Jyotiraditya. Jyotiraditya Scindia has now become the part and parcel of BJP.
Jyotiraditya Scindia has taken this step angered by his alleged neglect of the Madhya Pradesh government. Congress also is looking forward to the scatter in the state.
Senior Congress leaders are also not seeing the plight of the Congress across the country, which is why the base of the congress party is rapidly declining across the country. In Madhya Pradesh too, Congress seems to be shattering in away. Top party leaders need to learn a lesson from this unprecedented battle for power corridor.
Today, instead of the Congress, there are fiercely inquiring of leaders who are in the top list only by following the path of ‘Ganesh Parikrama’. Instead of promoting the Congress and strengthening the policies of the Congress, the leaders are implementing their agenda, which can be considered a matter of concern for the entire Congress party.
About fourteen months ago, Congress had succeeded in getting power by sweeping the BJP’s one and a half-decade old government in Madhya Pradesh. After this, the government was formed and the matters related to the public interest were implemented very neatly by Chief Minister Kamal Nath. It is a matter of fact that due to lack of complete honesty in implementing the decisions for the public interest both by Leaders and Bureaucrats found quite unsuccessful as per the present ground reality of Madhyapradesh.
On the other hand, the work of the Madhya Pradesh government got affected due to the lack of any senior leader of Congress Organization’s presence for coordination at the behest of party high command. Chief Minister Kamal Nath has enormous responsibility as the head of the government as well as the head of the organization in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Certainly, the Chief Minister’s engagements and busy schedules are very high. Kamal Nath is a very experienced and well-settled leader.
As per his political track record, he has always been away from disputes. His hold on the administration can also be considered very strong, but seeing the kind of circumstances created, it seems that the lapse has occurred somewhere.
Congress is considered to be the oldest political party in the country. The faces of the leaders of the second line within the Congress have been visible for the last two-three decades, are still showing with the same activism. The work of plantation in nurseries inside the Congress has stopped as if. Until the youth leadership is brought to the fore, the party must not get any extra energy to groom.
A unique experiment was done by Kamal Nath Sarkar. By him, all the MLAs included in the cabinet were made straight as the cabinet Minister. There was no question of position like Dy. Minister or Minister of state. This step directly prevented the ideological difference between seniority and juniority.
With the announcement of Jyotiraditya Scindia’s separation from Congress in the state, there seems to be a split in the Congress. This event can be taken symbolically. Cracks in the inner layers of the Congress can also be felt loud and clear.
Jyotiraditya Scindia aspired to become the Chief Minister of the state, but he was kept far away from this post, according to the discussions going on in political calculation. After that, the kind of vibe that was being felt inside the Congress, it seemed that soon the Congress may have to face some unpleasant situation.
There has been a long feud between King Digvijay Singh and Jyotiraditya Scindia. If the eyes and ears of the Congress leadership were fully opened, its strategists could have controlled these situations better by sensing these conditions better.
With Scindia joining the BJP, the roar is also now intensifying within the BJP. The pandemonium of senior leaders like Prabhat Jha is seen growing up. Here, Congress leaders have started creating an atmosphere against the Maharaja in Gwalior Chambal Zone.
Preaching against MAHARAJA of Gwalior has already been started in the Chambal area of Madhya Pradesh. It is also believed that in the coming election the supporters of MAHARAJA will get more importance rather than old local veterans who are the real benchmark of BJP from the very beginning.
As per the new political equation, Political Pundits of our country believe, after joining BJP, will the dream of MAHARAJA be fulfilled by becoming the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh. In the Congress Party, Maharaja had created a unique image as a leader of mass. But now he has to start his new career in BJP from the point of ABCD. Above all, MAHARAJA has to establish his credibility among the Chambal leaders of Bhartiya Janta Party(BJP).
As Congress does not have a clear majority, this fact is not hidden from anyone. The strength was not enough that the government could be run with great comfort and leisure! After the Honey Trap scandal, many leaders and bureaucrats were in danger. Meanwhile, how the BJP MLAs were being lynched by the BJP, the threat had increased even more.
However, the top leadership of Congress will have to consider why the support base of the Congress is falling! One of the reasons behind this is that the top leadership of the Congress has been completely captured by the army of the most aged leaders. Congress has a clear lack of good advisors. The way everything is being done by elderly leaders on the lines of their desire is disappointing.
It is not being accepted by the congregation of elderly leaders to bring the youth forward, while the youth can prove to help bring good days to the Congress party.
The top leadership of the Congress will have to think about this and sensing the wind, senior leaders will have to take the role of a mentor. Otherwise, the speed at which Congress is losing the mass base, it can’t be denied that people will need some special light to search the congress party inside our Country.
