The Apex Court reserved it’s verdict after hearing both sides in regard to a hearing of an urgent matter of formation of Maharastra State Government.

The said verdict will be heard on Tuesday morning at 10: 30 AM by a special bench comprising of Three senior Judges of the highest demiurge of India. The apex court ordered this while hearing the Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress combine’s writ petition against the governor’s decision to swear in Devendra Fadnavis as the chief minister of the state.
Over the issue of uncertain state of formation of the State Government in Maharastra , BJP tried to convince the court that the BJP , at the time of swearing of CM and Deputy CM had support of all 54 MLAs of NCP headed by Ajit Pawar .The party further urged the Apex court to permit to reply within 2-3 days in regard to reply of the writ petition against the decision of Governor, Bhagat Siingh Koshiyari.
On behalf of the Shiv Sena, Senior lawyer Kapil Sibal urged the court by filling an affidavit that all 154 MLAs and the BJP must be asked to prove the majority within 24 hours on the floor of Maharastra Assembly.
A plea against the unprecedented ,overnight decision by the Maharastra Governor was filed by the Shiv-Sena and Congress duo for allowing the BJP leader Fadnavis to swear as the Chief Ministe in the early hours of last Saturday.
The Centre informed an appropriate bench comprising Justices N V Ramana, Ashok Bhushan and Sanjiv Khanna that the governor found an absolute discretion and therefore invited the largest party to form government on November 23
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta urged the Apex court that the Maharashtra governor is not supposed to conduct a roving and fishing inquiry to ascertain which party has the numbers to form government
As soon as the hearing began on Monday morning, Mr. Mehta tabled letters of the governor and Fadnavis as desired by the bench on Sunday.
In this process of Power Tussle , Shiv-Sena, Congress & NCP crossed one step ahead by put forwarding a support letter of 162 elected MLAs of Maharashtra to the Governor in the afternoon of Monday to form the Government if the BJP and Ajit Pawar will not able to clear the floor -Test .
