The Tomb complex in Taroru to be brought under state protection.

The Tomb Complex having about seven tombs at Taroru, Nuh in district Haryana will be brought under State Protection.
While stating this an official spokesman said that Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal has accorded in principle approval to the proposal sent by Archaeological and Museum department.
Giving details he said that the seven tombs located on way to Jhirka near Power House Touru are 14th-15th century AD old monuments and currently in deserted condition. The structures stand tall in the 4 acres complex and exhibit style ranging from Tuglaq to Mughal.  The proximity to the seat of the empire ensured that the cultural and architectural influence of the capital was reflected in the life and buildings of this region. The area at present was under Power Grid of India.
He said that the entire complex was never developed in a holistic manner and structures happened to be built one by one over time.  Structurally, most monuments are in reasonable condition. However, time and vandalism has taken toll on facades and masonry walls.
