Bharat Gaurav Shri Samman’ is dedicated to the unsung heroes of the country and society: Tapan Kumar
Established with the aim of establishing high ideals in the society and creating a flourishing India, ‘Bharat Gaurav Shri Samman’ is given to the unsung heroes of the country and society, who silently contribute to the country and society by staying away from the glare. We are giving and struggling to improve the lives of the downtrodden, downtrodden and needy with the dedication of their work.
Bharat Gaurav Shree Puraskar Parishad, the organization that administers these awards, believes that there is no dearth of talent in our country. If there is a need to recognize and reward him at the right time, so that such people feel honored and are constantly engaged in the work of social upliftment. These annual awards are given as a lifetime achievement.
Recently, for the year 2022, the Council has honored more than 50 personalities working in different fields with Bharat Gaurav Shri Award. These include many young and senior citizens working in areas such as education, social service, human rights, business, health care and technology. According to Dr Tapan Kumar Routarai, Director, BGSSC, during the selection process for the awards, care is taken to identify the citizens who have contributed better to the nation and bring their personality to the fore.
Bharat Gaurav Shree Puraskar Parishad is a non-profit organization registered with the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. It has the support of many eminent personalities, Union Ministers, Members of Parliament, IAS-IPS officers, Governors, Chief Ministers and media persons. BGSSC Director Dr. Abhinla Kumar Hota says that many organizations are also supporting us through donations in bringing out the unsung heroes of the country, but that is very less in comparison to all the needs. That’s why we are actively looking for individuals and organizations to donate to our cause. Generally we have seen that when donors are convinced that their money is being used for the betterment of the society, they show great enthusiasm in helping. The council has made it a rule that all award winners become members of the Bharat Gaurav Puraskar Parishad and actively cooperate in finding and suggesting new talents. Citizens with experience and understanding of working in the social sector are always welcome to the Council. Bharat Gaurav Shree Award Council approved by NITI Aayog, Government of India and member of Quality Council of India and ISO 9001:2015 certified.
