He has made indelible contributions to the field of healthcare as the Managing Director of The Park and Signature Group of Hospitals since 2006, following in the footsteps of his father, Dr. Ajit Gupta, the Founder Chairman of the same group. Dr. Gupta holds an MBBS degree from Bharti Vidyapeeth Medical College, Pune, which he earned in 2005, and it was under the mentorship of his father that he honed his medical skills.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Dr. Ankit Gupta is a dedicated advocate for social welfare. He, along with his family, established the Usha Memorial Education Welfare Social Trust, which is committed to providing education to underprivileged children. Their trust has sponsored the complete education of over 200 underprivileged students and extended free medical treatment through numerous health camps for those in need.

During the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic, Dr. Gupta’s unwavering dedication shone brightly. He tirelessly worked 16 to 18-hour days, providing medical care to Covid patients. His group of hospitals treated more than 5000 Covid patients with an impressive 97% recovery rate. To address the oxygen shortage crisis during the second wave, he established On-Site Oxygen Generating Plants at each hospital and installed Oxygen Storage Tanks, ensuring a constant oxygen supply. He also increased oxygenated bed capacity by over 50%, showcasing his commitment to serving humanity during times of crisis.
