“Fitness Vibe” A holistic fitness and dance studio with kids club facilities was launched which was inaugurated by Mrs Rich Aggarwal, Founder Director of Cleopatra as Chief Guest, Mrs Sapna Nanda Principal. Yoga College as Guest of Honor and Bhawna Mahajan , Special Guest from Australia, an Internationally published Makeover Artist & Celebrity also joined the inaugural Ceremony.
On this eve, Mrs Niharika M.D. Fitness Vibe said” It goes beyond being a traditional fitness center. Our model follows a medical model which teaches the science of visible result i.e. muscle toning, fat loss and strength gain. Our collaborative team of qualified medical and fitness professionals” provide evidence-based exercise and wellness program designed to improve the quality of your life”.
Mrs. Niharika further told ” Fitness Vibe a unique Innovative venture , we have built up area of about 1200 s.ft. which includes fitness studio, boutique gym and medical consultation room. Our place is well equipped with modern machines. Food supplements and nutrition consultation facility is also available”.
Mrs. Niharika further said in her address “We have a special segment for kids, our kids club is named “JUNIOR VIBE”. We provide Dance, Music, Fitness and Art and craft classes. Several activities that to enhance the mental growth and cognitive functioning of children”.
Mrs. Niharika also said ” in her project Fitness Vibe We had planned to provide High Intensity Interval Training, Tabata, Cardio, Bhangra, Fitness, TRX suspension training functional training. Our fitness team consists of Medical and fitness experts which prepares customized workout plans according to the need of customers to give desired results”.
