On the occasion of Rahul Gandhi’s birthday, keeping in mind the spirit of public interest and public welfare, all the workers and office bearers of Indian Youth Congress in Delhi and across the country distributed ration kits to the needy, free vaccine camps were organized, and financial assistance was made available to the unemployed and disabled companions.
New Delhi/ Â Indian Youth Congress today celebrated the birthday of former Congress National President and senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi as “Sewa Diwas”. On this occasion, keeping in view the spirit of public interest and public welfare, all the youth Congress workers across the country, following the Covid guideline, provided all possible help and cooperation to every needy Indian.
On this occasion, ration kits were distributed to the needy at the National Office in Delhi, a free vaccine camp was organized for the citizens, and financial assistance was provided to the brothers and sisters who got unemployed during this Covid crisis. On this occasion, the Organisation General Secretary of the All India Congress Committee, K.C. Venugopal also participated in the program, he distributed ration kits to the women drivers of Ola Uber, and provided financial assistance to the citizens who lost their jobs and to disabled colleagues during this Covid crisis. K. C. Venugopal said on this occasion that the former National President of Congress Rahul Gandhi did all possible help to the countrymen in such a dire situation, day and night in the global pandemic of Covid. From time to time, by alerting the Central Government about their responsibility and duty, he showed the path of excellent and remarkable contribution in the field of public interest, which is a source of inspiration for all the countrymen. Today all the workers of Congress party are celebrating his birthday as “Seva Diwas” across the country.
National President of Indian Youth Congress Srinivas BV said that today the birthday of Rahul Gandhi was celebrated as “Sewa Diwas”. On this occasion, in the spirit of public welfare, all the workers and officials of Indian Youth Congress across the country are extending all possible help and cooperation to every needy citizen, ration kits are being distributed to the needy across the country. Ration distribution programs are being organized in many places in Delhi, as well as free vaccine camps have been set up for citizens across the country, and financial assistance is provided to citizens who have lost their jobs due to Covid crisis and to disabled colleagues across the country. Today in the same sequence, ration was distributed to the women drivers of Ola Uber in the National Office of Delhi, free Vaccine Camp was also organized by Youth Congress for sex workers at GB Road and at Badarpur old age ashram in which the facility of getting free vaccines was made available to the citizens. The National President of Youth Congress, Srinivas BV also said that Rahul is the ‘hope’ of every farmer, he is the ‘trust’ of every youth, he is the true ‘voice’ of the country, and he is the only hope in these difficult times.
National Media In-charge of Youth Congress, Rahul Rao said that in the program organized on the occasion of the birthday of Rahul Gandhi, the Organization General Secretary of All India Congress Committee K. C. Venugopal, Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee President Anil Chaudhary, former MLA from Delhi Anil Bhardwaj, Delhi Mahila Congress President Smt. Amrita Dhawan, former AICC National Secretary Smt. Alka Lamba also attended the program.
On this occasion, Youth Congress General Secretary and Delhi in-charge Bhaiya Pawar, National Secretary and Delhi co-incharge Khushboo Sharma, Sarifa Rehman, Vineet Kamboj, Mukesh Kumar, Ajay Chikara, Mohit Chaudhary, and many other youth Congress workers were present.
