Priyanka Vadra’s decision to contest from Varanasi, Congress MLC claimed
Congress general secretary Priyanka Vadra is almost certain to contest from Varanasi. Congress spokesman and MLC Deepak Singh has claimed this. Deepak Singh said that Priyanka has decided to contest from Varanasi and the process of nomination shall initiated within a day or two.
Deepak Singh said, “Priyanka is a Iron Lady and she wants to convey to the public by fighting firmly against Narendra Modi and it is time for change now.”
It is known that in 2014 by the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat, Prime Minister Modi won in a record marigin. Although this year is not the situation like 2014. Both the direction and condition of election has changed. Therefore, it is believed that it will not be so easy for Priyanka to have her victory standing against the PM Modi in this seat.
Election analysts believe that in the election of this time, situations like this are difficult analyse, it is difficult to say that Modi’s victory in this seat is certain. It is known that Priyanka Vadra had talked about contesting elections from Varanasi during her ‘Ganga Yatra’ in Uttar Pradesh.
