Four persons have been caught in running a prostitution racket from a spa center in Pimpri Bhaji Maharashtra. The police conducted raid on the spa and rescued a woman on Monday afternoon.
The main accused Akshay Bhalerao, 23 years has been arrested along with Rahul Jadhav, Vaishali Madal, and Vaibhav have also been taken under arrest.
Based on a FIR compliant, Police Naik Jamid Tamboli in Pimpri Police Station, the investigation was taken further. They have been charged under Sections 3, 4, and 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act 1956 and Section 370 (3) of the Indian Penal Code.
