ROTARACT CLUB OF HPNLU, IN COLLABORATION WITH ROTARY SHIMLA MIDTOWN AND INDIRA GANDHI MEDICAL, SHIMLA ORGANIZED BLOOD DONATION CAMP
The Rotaract Club of Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla, in collaboration with Rotary Shimla Midtown and Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC), organized a highly successful Blood Donation Camp in the university premises on 9.12.2023.
The event witnessed the gracious presence of esteemed dignitaries, including Mr. Ravikant Jain, Secretary of Rotary Shimla Midtown, Professor S. S. Jaswal, Registrar, Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla, Dr. Hari Chand Thakur, Rotaract Club, Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla, Coordinator, President Aakshi Sharma, Immediate Past President Ritik Jinata, General Secretary Romil Chawla with the whole team of Rotaract Club, HPNLU, Shimla and six dedicated Doctors from IGMC, Shimla. The Chief Guest for this prestigious occasion was Prof. Dr. Nishtha Jaswal, Vice-Chancellor, Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla.
The camp garnered overwhelming support from the community, as evidenced by the increased number of donors compared to previous initiatives, reaching the great height of 105 blood donors. The collective effort of the organizers, sponsors, and the community reflects a shared commitment to the noble cause of saving lives through voluntary blood donation.
